Who This Policy Covers
This policy applies to Bayside Advances of Moscow, Idaho (contact details on the contact page) and to the website baysideadvances.com. It covers information about business owners and their companies who contact us about business funding. It does not cover the websites or practices of funding partners, which have their own privacy policies.
In force from October 18, 2026.
Information You Give Us
When you send the online request, the form collects:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Company name (optional)
- Time in business (selected from a list)
- Annual revenue range
- Requested funding amount range
- Your consent choice for being contacted
When you call or use the request form, we may also note what the funding is for, when it is needed, how your sales are received, and any existing loans, leases or advances you mention. If you later agree to a partner review, a partner may ask you directly for documents such as bank statements or tax returns.
Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, ours receives standard technical information when pages load: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, the referring page and the date and time of the visit. The online request form is provided by a third-party form service, which may set its own cookies or record form activity under its own policy. A map on the contact page loads from Google only if you press the button to show it.
How We Use Information
- To contact you about your funding request
- To understand the expense and match it to suitable funding options
- To share your request with funding partners you agree to, so they can review it
- To keep a record of calls, texts and emails with you
- To run, secure and improve this website
- To meet legal obligations
When We Share Information
We share your request with funding partners only after discussing it with you. A partner that receives it uses the information to review your request under its own privacy policy. We may also share information with service providers that run our website, form, phone and email systems, under obligations to protect it, and where the law requires disclosure.
Retention of Request Records
We keep request and contact records for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, unless a longer period is required by law.
How We Protect It
The online request is submitted over an encrypted connection. We limit access to request information to the people who need it to respond to you. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Your Choices
- Request a summary of the information Bayside holds on you
- Have inaccurate details fixed
- Have details deleted, apart from records the law makes us keep
- Tell us to stop contacting you by phone, text or email
To make a request, call (208) 439-7566 or write to Bayside Advances at the mailing address on the contact page.
Text Messages
If you agree to receive text messages, the SMS terms in the site footer explain how messages work and how to stop them. Mobile numbers and consent to text are not shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Children
This website is for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. Bayside Advances does not knowingly gather details from anyone under 13.
Changes to This Policy
Bayside Advances may revise this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do, and the current version will always be on this page.
